This cards name is also treated as "Sangan". When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Add 1 level 4 or 3 monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to the top of your deck. This card cannot be use as a Xyz or Synchro Material Monter (regardless of other effect's).

 

 

Sent's the new format the just happend not to long a go and the banning of Sangan ----- Moment of Siclence...... , also seeing YourYUGIOHChannel's ("The only Channel You Need!") tribute to Sangan's Banning (http://youtu.be/7mhouHS0qPM) with him saying : "Hopefuly they make another card like you." and this is what I came up with, please leave a comment. For some part's of the effect is limiting some of things you can do with this card (so hater's don't hate) like you can't use this card for Tour Guide, thought i might need to rephrase the effect so that you can't use Tour Guide; then again you people might think me crazy of doing this to this card, which also refering to that you can only search level 4 or 3, but please leave a comment about the card or it's what ever it be about also spread this info to everyone you know (in other words spread the WORD!).

This clause makes it useless.

 

When cards say, "This card's name is also treated as [X]", it implies that its name is treated as [X] everywhere, including in the deck/Extra Deck, which is the same reason you can have a combined total of 3 of "A Legendary Ocean"/"Umi" and the 4 Harpie Ladies(1/2/3/cyber).

 

Make it Harpie Queen clause, field and Graveyard, and then you can also add hand to it so that it can be used as fusion material for Sanwitch.

 

About the card itself: It's not really good... It puts monsters on the top of your deck, which means you still have to wait until your text turn. Anyone would run Deep Diver than this, and people don't even run Deep Diver for the same reason: It's too slow to wait a turn to get a card in your hand. This card is way too underpowered. Also you cannot state the second effect/condition like that, because that card is not on the field. Suppose I already had a copy of that card in my hand, and got the second one with the effect, which one of them can't be used for Synchro/Xyz?

 

If you want a better Tour Guide target, Dark Mimic LV3/Night Assailant/Dark Resonator will always be better than this card.

 

Also try not to use existing pictures in your card.

This card's name is also treated as "Sangan". When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Choose 1 Level 3 or 4 monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck and place it on top of your Deck. This card cannot be use as a Xyz or Synchro Material Monter (regardless of other effect's).

 

Suggested: "You cannot use that card or a card with the same name as Xyz or Synchro Material until your next End Phase."
