Both players see the cards drawn by the effect and discard them all to the Graveyard. Were you expecting some sort of DN anecdote about some player using this, perhaps? Yeah, that's terrible. especially against super rejuvenation because those dragons are still deadly in grave. its alright i guess. funnily enough in the anime this card is renamed "muko" for no reason and works more like drastic drop off.
