Spellsnare Set

This set revolves around blocking your opponent's backrow. It forces your opponent to attack with extreme discretion, as they will very quickly find themselves lacking a way to save themselves. More and more cards will be added to this set.

 

 

Some of the OCG may be off.

 

 

EDIT: All of the "During the End Phase" effects have changed to being face-up to activate now.

 

 

Spellsnare Blademan

- During the End Phase of a turn this face-up card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can place it face-up in your opponent's Spell/Trap Card Zone (it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card). The controller of this Continuous Spell Card has their face-up monster's ATK and DEF decreased by 600.

 

 

Spellsnare Staffman

- During the End Phase of a turn this face-up card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can place it face-up in your opponent's Spell/Trap Card Zone (it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card). The controller of this Continuous Spell Card cannot declare a direct attack.

 

 

Spellsnare Bowman

- During the End Phase of a turn this face-up card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can place it face-up in your opponent's Spell/Trap Card Zone (it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card). The controller of this Continuous Spell Card discards 1 card during his/her End Phase.

During the End Phase of a turn this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can place it face-up in your opponent's Spell/Trap Card Zone (it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card). The controller of this Continuous Spell Card cannot Tribute Summon monsters.

 

 

Spellsnare Fairyman

 - During the End Phase of a turn this face-up card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can place it face-up in your opponent's Spell/Trap Card Zone (it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card). The controller of this Continuous Spell Card must pay 600 Life Points during each of his/her Standby Phases.

 

Spellsnare Hawkman

- During the End Phase of a turn this face-up card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can place it face-up in your opponent's Spell/Trap Card Zone (it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card). The controller of this Continuous Spell Card must set Spell Cards and cannot activate them during the turn they are set.

The controller of this Continuous Spell Card cannot activate Trap Cards during the Battle Phase.

 

 

Spellsnare Kidman

- You can Special Summon this card (from your Hand) if your opponent controls a "Spellsnare" Continuous Spell Card. You can tribute this face-up card to Special Summon 1 "Spellsnare" Continuous Spell Card your opponent controls to your side of the Field (it is treated as a monster). The effect of "Spellsnare Kidman" can only be activated once per turn.

Field Spell Card

- This card gains the following effects depending on the number of face-up "Spellsnare" Continuous Spell Cards your opponent controls. 1+: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. 2+: Halve all battle damage you take. 3+: Once per turn during your Main Phase 1, you can draw 1 card. 4+: When your opponent Normal Summons a monster, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Spellsnare" monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense position. Its effect is negated until the next Standby Phase. 5: Once per turn you can discard 2 "Spellsnare" monsters: Destroy all face-down and non-"Spellsnare" cards on your opponent's side of the Field, and discard all cards in their Hand.

 

 

Spellsnare Medallion

Normal Spell Card

- Send 2 face-up "SpellSnare" Continuous Spell Cards on the Field to the Graveyard to draw 3 cards. You can only activate "Spellsnare Medallion" once per turn.

 

 

Spellsnare Sleeping Gas

Normal Spell Card

- Send 1 face-up "Spellsnare" Continuous Spell Card on the Field to the Graveyard; Change all monsters your opponent controls into face-down Defense Position. You can only activate "Spellsnare Sleeping Gas" once per turn.

 

 

Spellsnare Apocalypse

Normal Spell Card

- Send 5 face-up "Spellsnare" Continuous Spell Cards on the Field to the Graveyard; Destroy all monsters your opponent controls, discard their entire Hand and skip their next Draw Phase. You can only activate the effect of "Spellsnare Apocalypse" once per Duel.

 

 

Spellsnare Rally

Continuous Spell Card

- Increase the ATK of all face-up "Spellsnare" monsters you control by 200 for each face-up "Spellsnare" Continuous Spell Card on the Field.

 

 

Spellsnare Pitcannon

Continuous Spell Card

- Once per turn you can send 1 face-up "Spellsnare" Continuous Spell Card on the Field to the Graveyard; Destroy 1 card your opponent controls. There can only be 1 face-up "Spellsnare Pitcannon" on the Field.
