Im really iffy on the OCG "you pay 100", "summon a card from the deck" also "summon" as opposed to "Pay 100 Life points" "Special Summon" "you can Special Summon one Monster from your deck, then shuffle your deck" also it seems to be specifying any monster, as its a zombie type the most logical thing would be to Special summon a Zombie monster, as well it should specify a level to even the card out maybe something like a Level 4 or lower Zombie Type Monster from your Deck, or a Level 5 or higher from your hand.

 

Givin that, the card itself really dosent seem to play much support in a deck other then pulling out any monster you want,even in a zombie deck it just dosent flow with the play type, Generally when a 1 star monster has over 1500 def its atk is between 0 - 300, though the summoning condition may even that out not enough to make it a viable card, im sorry to say but i dont think the card is very good, bad concept, bad card.

5 or higher from hand

 

4 or lower from Deck.
