Hyper Librarian x1 Black Rose Dragon x1 Formula Synchron x1 Shooting Quasar x1 Fabled Valkyrus x1 Daigusto Phoenix x1 Utopia x1 Dark Mist x1 Adreus x1 Leviar x1 Zenmaines --------------- I don't run cards like Divine Wrath, Raigeki Break, etc, because those cards are left alone in my hand a lot after I swarmed, resulting in a lot of dead draws. The monsters provide the discard power. So far, it's ran surprisingly well, much better than it did when I did run cards that required costs. The main problems stem from after I swarm and they get rid of the Synchro or Xyz. Which happens a lot because of the lack of S/T the deck brings to the table. Kunasho helps a bit, but it's hard to recover and usually my hand is left at 0 or 1-2 cards and I have an empty field. Ragin is easy to summon and helps fix that a bit, as does Librarian, but it's still an issue and it usually means I lose if they can take down my swarm. I tried Broww, but Dark Worlds are the occasional issue since their effects don't activate when they're a cost, and he just didn't perform well. Agro
x3 Fabled Nozooche Why are you running 3 of these? x3 Fabled Raven Why are you running 3 Dark World monsters? x2 Fabled Cerberruls Why aren't you running 3 of these? x2 Beiige, Vanguard of the Darkworld Why are you running Dark Worlds in fabled? x1 Fabled Lurrie Why are you running a pretty useless card? x2 Forbidden Chalice Why are you running this over Fiendish Chain this format? Traps - 5 x2 Mirror Force x2 Bottomless x1 Solemn Judgment Why aren't you running the best traps? Extra - 15 x1 Shooting Quasar Why are you running the inconsistent build? I don't run cards like Divine Wrath, Raigeki Break, etc Why would smart people run those anyway? The main problems stem from after I swarm and they get rid of the Synchro or Xyz. Which happens a lot because of the lack of S/T the deck brings to the table. Kunasho helps a bit, but it's hard to recover and usually my hand is left at 0 or 1-2 cards and I have an empty field. You SERIOUSLY need to run some cards that aren't Fabled that work amazingly in Fabled. Namely T.G. Warwolf, which you should run @3 alongside 2 Fire Formation - Tenki. You should run the best traps: Solemn Warning, Torrential, and should replace your Forbidden Chalices with Forbidden Lances. If this is TCG-only, then don't follow the following suggestion, but the Ebony and Ivory dragons can be abused to no end in this deck, run both @2. If you're doing all this, I highly suggest running only 1 Krus and 2 Grimro to avoid clogging. Some other techs: Doppelwarrior, Spell Striker, T.G. Striker, Junk Synchron. Running 2 of those and ROTA is never a bad idea. inb4black being more in-depth than me
Marly
Warwolf is a very good card for this deck, and I'll definitely be making room for them. Nozooche is a card I've considered dropping to 2, but its ability to be used as basically another set of Chawa have been particularly helpful. I'll probably drop one, but I'd like some insight as to why it's bad at 3. It's more discard power to help discard all these monsters that get their effects from being sent, Raven is amazing at 3 in this deck because of the presence of the monsters. In most other Fabled builds, I'd agree that it should be @2 or 0, but because of Ganashia, Kushano, Cerburrel, Lurrie, Beiige, etc, and how those cards make most of the deck, it's really consistent and pulls off great plays. Once I get a hand full of the monsters, which definitely isn't hard considering the line-up, Raven swoops in and leads to OTKs. If I drop any, it'd be 1, and only if the theme of the deck as especially monster-heavy is dropped as a whole, which I'm not against or anything, but would require a overhaul. I don't know why I'm not running 3 Cerberruls, thanks. Beiige helps swarm the field and gets his effect from Raven and is a level 4 non-tuner. Considered dropping since those are the only two real benefits here. Lurrie was another monster to help swarm, but I honestly don't know why I'm running it over a 3rd Cerb or Warwolfs. The deck doesn't really focus around Quasar, it's just there in case there's a good opportunity for it. He's not summoned often. And nah, I don't know who Black is. Ultimately, I'll test with: -1 Lurrie -2 Beiige -2 Chalice -2 Torrential -2 BTH -1 Grimro +3 Warwolf +1 Cerb +1 T.G. Striker +2 Tenki +2 Lances +1 Solemn Warning And see how it goes, thanks.
