dic alhazen
I wonder if this card will be banned or not, but well, here it is. :/ [attachment=36840:sparkling phoenix.jpg] Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned from your hand by sending 2 LIGHT monsters you control to your graveyard. When this card battles with opponent’s monster; You can select it and this card, and send both to the graveyards. During the End Phase, if this card is in graveyard by this effect, Special Summon it. Not a big fan of the design, it's like a Shooting Star Dragon that's way easier to Summon, while you cannot use Tokens, it's still quite easy to Summon. One problem though is that you got a "Must be" and an effect that can SS it. So change your wording to "Must first be" or "Can only be Special Summoned by it's own effect(s)." Also change the semi-colon to a colon. Try to use SET and PSCT in your cards to make them look more realistic.
