My newest card, "War God - Hclokar".

1 Tuner + 1 or more "War God" monsters
When this card is synchro summoned, you can destroy all non Beast-Warrior type monsters on the field. You can tribute 1 card on the field to destroy all Spell/Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field. This card gain 800 ATK for each card destroyed by this effect. You can use this card effect once per duel.

About your card, a few OCG errors, here's a suggested fix.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can destroy all non-Beast-Warrior-type monsters on the field. You can Tribute 1 monster to destroy all Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls, and if you do, this card gains 800 ATK for each card destroyed this way. Each player can use this effect of "War God - Hclokar" only once per Duel."

 

About the actual card, it's balanced I could say, perhaps a tad bit overpowered. It's a Level 11 Synchro, currently of which there is only 1 (Starform Dragon). The thing with Starform is that it has good existing ways (4+3=11, Debris Dragon+Elemental Dragons). The combination you could use to make this would be 4+4+Lv3 Tuner only, It requires 3 cards minimum. Which means it would be difficult to make, but still it essentially has a complete field-nuking effect, which makes it an OTK device. I would suggest decreasing the ATK to 3200 or lower, and decreasing the ATK boost from 800 to something lower, like 300, perhaps.

Thank you very much for the greeting! And yes i realised it was a bit op but yeah. The attack i think should be at least 2300 with the 300 attack gain effect but what level would you recommend? I mean i took into consideration a debris dragon, yamato and a level 3 but realising there are no level 3 war gods lol I suppose brinign the level down to about 8 is fine would you say?
