Maybe something like this would be more balanced: "Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 500 points for every Dragon-Type monster on the field", OR "in the graveyard". But you can lower the ATK amount.Change the effect to this; This card cannot be Normal summoned or Set.Must be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 ''Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon'' on your side of the field.Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 400 for each Dragon-Type monster on both players field.This card is uneffected by card effects.
