TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
The issue here is that this monster has too much coverage on Dragon-Types. It negates most useful forms of Summoning. If anything, choose 1 or 2 ways it can counter but not make it so powerful on its own. I do like how it can be used as an Embargo on Red-Eyes DM, the Chaos Dragons, and the E.D.s(which I have not used yet but appear to be powerful). Dragons have been running rampant for a long time and they've gotten worse -and I Love Dragons. example: "While this card is face-up on the field, neither Player can Special Summon Dragon-Type monsters. If a player would activate the effect of a Dragon-Type monster, Target that monster: negate the activation and effect of the targeted monster, then, Banish this card and the targeted monster." ^ Or something to that effect.
