Because Fortune Books is an actual deck. Mostly abusing Book of Life with the draw engine and the consitency that spellbooks have.

 

OT: I have no idea how Fortune Books run, so the one thing I can say is: 3 water is to much, the deck never needs more than 2. None of the variants do.

i know fortune books is an actual deck. but this is barely fortune books. no light or wind or master or a level 4 spellcaster that isnt water. tower at all.
