Is this suppose to be an Xyz Monster? Because it isn't. It's effect is kind of badly designed. For a Synchro with generic mats it's pretty easy to Summon for any kind of Deck, making you able to dish out about 4800 per turn, and it slays most monsters. But that said, it's not really a good choice in most situations other than for just dealing tons of damage.
