Xi-1
I would say your test is successful. If you would like, I can offer recommendations for improvement as well.

Xi-1
Here are my recommendations, then: Given the nature of Spidey's webbing (a chemical formula), I would make him an Earth-Type. The only reason I would think to use Wind is due to his speed, however I would tend to save Wind for other heroes, like Falcon. While there's nothing against custom subtypes, using custom Archetypes means that other cards do not interact fully with the card. In this case, "Spider-Man" can only interact with other cards that designate Hero-Types as their targets, including Equip Spells and other Hero monsters. It would suffice just to add the Warrior-Type. If you want to include 'Hero,' you can make it an Archetype in the card's name just as with the E-HERO type, although if you do maybe you'll want to use 'Avenger' instead. Spider-Man's strength and speed certainly would give him beyond peak-human stats, however I believe that due to Peter's personality, and because of his Spider Sense, his DEF should be higher than his ATK. I basically use "Skilled Dark Magician" and "Skilled White Magician" as my markers for peak / beyond-peak stats on Effect Monsters. I have Spidey 1700 ATK and 1900 DEF for his Level 4 version, however he does have suits with which he tends to be more aggressive, so they effect his ATK more than his DEF. I like that the picture you used is not commonly used by others. Good choice.

Xi-1
No, just a huge fan of Marvel Comics. And Spidey's been my favourite hero for a very long time, so I like to see him represented as accurately as possible.

ConstrainedAllegory
So he's a type specific Stratos, might want to be careful as to not push him too much.
