TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
Lore: If each player has 2 or more monsters in their graveyard, you can Special Summon this monster from your hand. If this card destroys a monster as a result of Battle, you can Banish 1 card in your graveyard, then: Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your graveyard. During the End Phase of a turn that this effect is activated, return 1 monster you control to your hand.
Kale
I think this card is pretty cool. Gather a bunch of these in your hand and just spam them out when your opponent and you have two monsters in the graveyard, at least. This could lead to some great Rank 4 Xyz plays without any Normal Summons. So in that regard, this card is a tad powerful in duplicates... So I would add a clause to prevent spamming multiples from the hand in a single turn to balance that. The second effect is awesome. It's perfectly balanced, and it could just toss itself back to the hand to summon itself back later, though filling up the graveyard may pose a problem if you keep emptying it that quick. I think its ATK is a bit high for something that can pop in at a moment's notice and bring out other stuff in the middle of combat. I would probably lower it just a little to make that a bit more balanced as well. The name is a bit generic, though. That's a bit of a downer in my opinion. It could have some sort of wicked specific name that suited its abilities. Like Zombie Bouncer, Grave Raiser, or something like that. The current name is dark but generic. Any effect could be applied to that card and it would still be a "Doom Bringer of Dark Ones"... But that's not as important as the effect points above. Overall, fantastic idea. I'd love to playtest something that is so bouncy. lol 8/10 -kale.
