Thy Foon, the Boom Wind War-Beast EARTH Psychic-Type Synchro Tuner Effect Monster Level 6 24500/1900 1 Tuner monster + 1 or more Non-Tuner monster While this card is on the field or in your Graveyard, this card is also a WIND monster. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can target 1 face-up level 5 or higher monster you control; decrease its level by 3, then Special Summon this card.
