Worm Victory Posted April 6, 2013 Report Share Posted April 6, 2013 lol 10/10 for effort. Reading this card's effect and looking at that post you linked to, this card would easily be over powered. Maybe make it a 6-8 star monster? Also you could re-write the card's effect to make more sense. "While you control a monster with a Barrier on it: This card's ATK becomes 3000."
