The turn this card is Special Summoned, your opponent cannot use Trap cards until the end of this turn. If this card attacks, you must banish one Water type monster from your Hand, or Graveyard. I have not noticed many new sea serpants and this one sounds like it would be fun to use in a casual duel with friends. I am not that good with making realistic cards, but the lore sounds balanced to me. The ATK/ DEF is what I would say is balanced because of the "If this card attacks, you must banish one Water type monster from your Hand, or Graveyard." part. Have much better things to do with their advantage then go -3 to invest it in a beater. The trap freezing effect is decent, but limited by the card's application. Also, the last effect requires you to give up your graveyard to attack. This isn't that big of a point, but it is something to point out. The turn this card is Special Summoned, your opponent cannot use Trap cards until the end of your opponent's next End Phase.
