As long as this card remains face up on the field you take no battle damage with battle involving "Mechanizer" monsters. Once per turn during your standby phase your opponent must discard one random card from their hand. If the card is a:
Spell: You draw 1 card.
Trap: Chose one face up monster your opponent controls: Destroy that monster.

Monster: inflict damage to your opponents life points equal to that monsters level X 200.[/spoiler]

This card inflicts  pierceing damage. Once per turn you may detach one XYZ material monster from this card: Your oponent discards one monster card for every face up "Mechanizer" monster you control. This card gains 500 ATK for every card dscarded until the end of this turn. As long as this card has an XYZ material monster attached to it this card may not be destroyed by battle. If this card has no XYZ material monsters attached to it during your main phase you may: discard one card: attach one monster in your graveyard to this card. [/spoiler][/spoiler]

It is here for the theme, and limiting Brawler, which is fine.

 

POF:
Let only discard 1 card, As it is now it could become a part of some hand control/deck out deck or something. Even 1 discard should keep an opponent off it unless their winning that turn. Also, I fell that it should ethier be battle immunen only when attacked or only discard when it is attacked. But if you really want it to work with Rat, add more limitions.

 

Rat:
Too generic, make it work only when the discard is by a Mechanizer, or better yet give it another condition as more of a player playing the archtype than a cost. This card will do a lot of damage, I mean look at all the protection and boosts you are giving it, then look at all an opponent answers wasted, then look at how easy is is to get 3 of it on field. Bad card IMO.

 

Stinger:
Your most balance card IMO. Nice.

 

Widow:
The last effect is out of place. The first is okey, had it been OOPT. But as with your other cards you just keep ignoring combos with your card and real cards.

 

Sonic:
Remove the draw effect it is abusable. If you want it to keep being a draw power, then make it search other LV 3 Mechanizer monsters, IMO that is okey. Also, should not discard instead of destroying so it work better with your theme and Rat as well !?

 

Bot:
Does the effect mean that you can normal summon this card without a tribute in face-up defense position or that you can tribut summon it in face-up defense position !?

I assume it is the later as the effect suggests. Pretty powerful effect, maybe it sould not be on a 3000 wall, IMO ethier lower its DEF or prevent its

special summon.

 

PTO:
This card is too generic, I think it should only damage when the discard is by a Mechanizer effect.

 

Village:
I think that you meant 200 for every other face-up Mechanizer, as you can

 

Provisions:
Again, the same as POT, it is too generic.

 

TorT:
SS from where !? hand I assume...

Anyway, this is the reason I think Bot need a "Cannot be Special Summoned" clause.

 

Production:
Outclassed by other IRL cards.

 

Heart:
How would this work !?

 

Tinker:
I am not sure whether this effect is okey or not. I mean you already have Villlage, with this Sonic and Rat become just too much...

 

Brawler:
Haa, finally we see Prototype use. The second effect just mess up an opponent hand for no reason, yet you think a player should gain something from it !?
Needs to be reworked.

 

Destructotron:
Again, mess up hands for no good reason. And IMO the two last effects are just there to make sure your opponent NEVER comeback. But remember that lv3 IRL is spammable.[/spoiler]

 

Messing with hand is risky. :p

At first i saw your LV3 monster, they are able to hold them selfs together discarding some cards, and I thought that you boss monsters would just beatsticks/walls or some 1 time answers, as the opponent hand is already messed up. Alas, you just kept making the weak monsters more powerful, still if we only look at the cards of this archtype it would be ok but we also must look at real cards.
