Judαs
Can't tell if borderline broken or just crazy r/f and yes i know it's summoned skull in the picture. You can Tribute 1 WATER monster and send 1 WATER monster from your Deck to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card (from your hand), then it gains Levels equal to the total number of WATER monsters you control. This card cannot attack.
Zazubat
Genex Undine is already pretty crazy for Atlanteans, but then you give it a 2500+ for it's Summon, while it can't attack, you're making quite an easy target for them. I don't really think it's that good of an idea really. If it had something like "If the only monster you control is a WATER monster, you can tribute blah blah blah". The last effect doesn't seem to make any sense, as you are gonna cap it off at 12 because of itself, probably not your intention with that. Judαs
I intended it to become Lv7 as soon as it drops the field. (so you could Normal an Atlantean, drop this and go boom.) ._. It's too much, I guess What about: "You cannot Summon other monsters this turn."?

Judαs
Sure put that in, but I still don't really understand how it's Level change works, unless it really is suppose to make itself a Level 12. It's a level 6 by default. When it Summons itself, it counts the total no. of WATER monsters you control (including itself), so if it's the only thing you control, it becomes Level 7. Then you can proceed to SS Tees/Megalo/Leedm if you had one or searched using the cost, and forward to Big Eye/Abyssgaios/Dragosack

Judαs
If that's your intention, you should have said "This card Level is increased by 1 for each WATER monster you control" I wanted to word it like Lemuria actually: This card's name is treated as "Umi". All WATER monsters gain 200 ATK and DEF. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can have all WATER monsters you currently control gain Levels equal to the number of WATER monsters you currently control, until the End Phase. Zazubat
I suppose you could say that, though I feel that wording it that way is unclear to me. It is after PSTC, so in my book, it's alright to use, though I would word it my way if I made the card, just to make it more clear.
