Strider Tigerwolf
Lore: Once per turn: You can change this monster's Type A simple monster with a simple effect. Made this to support this set. So how is it?
Zazubat
Shouldn't you at least try to make this card interesting? I mean, there's not much else to say, other than I don't remember if there's any other card that does this, but in case there is, then why even have this? I don't know anything about Noble Knights, so I can't really say how it affects them, so there's that. The picture is pretty neat though, fits well with the "theme" if that's what you want to call it.
Strider Tigerwolf
I'd recommend looking at the set to see why I made this card in such a way. It's also the counterpart to Homonculus the Alchemic Being

Kind of making this card irrelevant. Also adding another effect to this would mean you would have to lower the ATK or DEF a little to make it not so overpowering. I understand you tried to make them counterparts or whatever but still. Its really just a broken card that could be equipped with various different Specific type equip cards at once. That is all. Strider Tigerwolf
The point of it was for control deck .-. *turns into Dinosaur* -> Xyz into Dolkka/Laggia *turns into Beast-Warrior* -> Tiger King *turns into Winged Beast* ->Zub Zero where as Homonculus: *turns into LIGHT* -> Palidynamo/Omega *turns into WATER* Bahamut Shark etc. But that's moderate. The more dominate role was that I just made this card as a simple tool for the other set since running only 3 Homonculus would be bleh oh its own. Running 2 Homonculus, 3 of this would be good for the equip engine on the set, I'd be able to splash in Chaos Sorcerer/BLS, and play at a moderate level, though no a competitive one. That's the reason it was born :P
Judαs
If it had like <500 ATK, then it would be a little evil, I guess with IRS and Machine Duplication. This is difficult to use. Wouldn't run it in Dino Rabbit because Sabersaurus has more base ATK than this anyway, and you need to have 2 of these on the field for it to be of use, its searchable but IMO if you really had to make Laggia you could just use the dedicated Deck instead of Gear Giganting into 2 copies of this thing. ihop
What's the point? There's always a level 4 I'd rather run that either has more ATK or actually has an effect, the only thing it could be used for is in decks that run, for example, Tiger King and Laggia, but who does that? Strider Tigerwolf
The point of the card was for it to be flexible without being as abusable...unfortunately by reducing abusability, it restricts the card severely making it less usable in the process. That, and I didn't want this card to break the other set...
