Captain Murphy ☆
I was just really bored and un-creative while making this. I need some OCG help with this one. Also, I know that most Pyro cards have burn effects (I guess that's what they were made for) so I tried to include that. Lore: Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster from either player's graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of that monster's DEF. After this card has been sent from the field to the graveyard, when your opponent declares an attack: You can send 1 Spell Card from your Deck to the Graveyard; negate that attack. This effect can only be used twice while this card is in your Graveyard. Feedback and all that.

hoom
i think this is pretty broken, it has no restrictions on summoning, cannot be destroyed by almost any deck except the water deck, has a REALLY good burn effect, and even leaves you a present when it leaves. I think you have to either remove the second effect, or tone it down and add something like, this card cannot attack the turn this effect is activated
Kingdom Xathers
Like hoom said, this is pretty broken just on the basis of being immune to all but 1 Attribute in battle (sure, it's still affected by effect destruction, but that's besides the point). Personally, I'd rather have it be a counter to WATER Attributes in battle, like reducing a WATER monster's ATK by 800 or something. The burn effect is far too good as written, since you've the option of banishing monsters from your opponent's Graveyard, and it still burns your opponent either way. Not to mention that Burn is usually looked down on by most players since normal Burn effects lack Player-to-Player interaction. If you must keep the Burn effect, I would have it so that you only use your Graveyard for the cost, and if your opponent wishes to negate the Burn, they can banish a monster from their own Graveyard. As for the last effect, it seems rather wonky as-written. To make it simpler, I would write it like so: After this card has been sent from the field to the graveyard, when your opponent declares an attack: You can send 1 Spell Card from your Deck to the Graveyard; negate that attack. This effect can only be used twice while this card is in your Graveyard. ... still, it seems rather detrimental to you to want to mill your own Spell Cards, but hey, sometimes it could work. Overall, not really feeling the card as it is written.
ihop
To be honest the only deck this might see play in is Frog Monarchs and looking at LaDD and Vanity's Ruler I'd rather play those, because Vanity's ruler locks your opponent down completely and can't even be destroyed by cards that have to be special summoned, and LaDD forces your opponent to give up loads of card advantage and then brings back something bigger when it dies. The milling spells to negate thing seems ok because Frognarchs run a load of not-too-necessary spells, my only worry is that Frognarchs don't really care about being attacked as it either gives them a chance to drop their Gorz/Trag/Fader or the only attack over a Treeborn which comes back anyway. Captain Murphy ☆
Okay so I updated the card I was going to leave the ATK at 2400 but for a level 7 that is kind of weak
