xD This set is a revised version of an older set I made a long a while ago off of the old downloadable Card Maker program. There were a lot of errors in it and I wasn't really happy with how a few of the effects and pictures looked, so I decided to a re-vamp of sorts. Plus, this is also another "Get Well" set I made for a friend, too. He likes futuristic stuff so I figured this would be a good one for him.

 

Anyways, the cards main ability focuses on the use of Charge Counters and removing them from certain cards to fuel special abilities. I tried to make the effects as balanced as possible, but constructive criticism is always appreciated.

Neo Cyber 01 - Chimeratron's Effect:

Neo Cyber 02 - Spyder + Neo Cyber 03 - Beast + Neo Cyber 04 - Hornet

 

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Seamless Neo Fusion". Whenever this card battles, put 1 "Charge Counter" on it. During your Main Phase, you may remove any number "Charge Counters" from this card to increase its ATK by 200 points for every "Charge Counter" removed this way until the End Phase. During a turn when you activate this effect and this card attacks with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of an opponent's Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. Negate the activation and effect of a Spell, Trap, of Effect Monster card that targets this card and destroy it by removing 1 "Charge Counter" from it.

Neo Cyber 08 - Plasma Soldier's Effect:

Neo Cyber 06 - Carbine + Neo Cyber 07 - Support Mech

 

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Seamless Neo Fusion". Once per turn, you may remove 1 "Charge Counter" from this card to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with an ATK less than or equal to the ATK of this card OR remove 2 "Charge Counters" to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with an ATK greater than the ATK of this card. During your Main Phase 1, you may discard 1 monster with "Neo Cyber" in its name from your hand to the Graveyard to add 1 "Charge Counter" to this card.

Neo Cyber 01 - Chimeratron + Neo Cyber 08 - Plasma Soldier

 

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Seamless Neo Fusion". During your Main Phase, you may remove all "Charge Counters" you have on the field to destroy any number of cards on your opponent's field and hand equal to the number of "Charge Counters" removed this way.
