yay im the first person to post on here yay well you al reday know about cyber lygers im just reposting them in this forum

if your openent has 1 or more monster cards on their side of the field while this card is in your hand then you can normal summon this card with no tributes. if your openent atack this card with a monster card of a higher level, you can actavate as many spell and trap cards in your hand.
