This card can only be Special Summoned when "Toon World" is on your side the field and by removing 1 LIGHT Level 4 or higher monster from your Graveyard from play. This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponents Life Points directly. During either player's turn, when a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's Effect is activated that would destroy a monster(s) on the field or negate a direct attack; You can send 2 LIGHT monsters from your hand to the Graveyard; negate the activation and destroy it.
