L0SS
Lore: This card gains 500 ATK for each card in your opponent's hand. This card is resolutely simple. I realised that no cards exist that gain ATK from the cards in your opponent's hand. With the current format what it is, and with E-dragons, and especially Spellbooks adding cards into the hand like nobodies' business, I thought I'd work with that concept. Hence, this card was born. I feel the discard needed to attack leaves it fairly balanced; and I also feel that the prospect of a 3000+ beater will make your opponent hesitant to add cards to their hand. Tell me what you think. Btw, is this a Shrimp or a Lobster? I couldn't make my mind up. -Thanks Edited. Now a Lobster, and the discard is removed. Made using Judas' template. Kingdom Xathers
... yeah, that dude's a lobster. A rather pimpin' feudal-era lobster, sure, but it's certainly not a shrimp. :-/ Anyways, the effect sounds great in theory, but in practice, it may not be as worth it as you think; your opponent can simply Set/discard enough cards from their hand in order to reduce this card's ATK enough to run over it during their turn, and unless you have something like Malevolent Catastrophe to take advantage of that.... That said, I think you can get away with taking out its Attack Restriction. It'll be perfectly acceptable without it.
Zazubat
Btw, is this a Shrimp or a Lobster? I couldn't make my mind up. I dunno, I am not a sea food expect. OP: I have a feeling that there gotta be one, but the think is, many cards can actually add cards to your opponent's hands quite easily, look at something like Cup of Ace or that one card that makes your opponent draw like 5 cards when it attacks. Because of that, I don't think it's something Konami ever wanted to exploit. The card is also semi-topdecky, drawing this at the the start of the duel can bring out 2500 beater at least. It won't stay for very long, and you do discard when you want to attack, and it is situational as well, so I got mixed feelings about this card to be honest. It's definitely fairly situational, but at the same time; it could be pretty formidable in something like Spellbooks (as I said). I doubt a person playing Spellbooks would want to set their hand, and logically you'd play it with cards that combat that; Dark Simorgh could be interesting (if situational). I'd like to think that you'd use it during your turn unexpectedly, likely with a high ATK; and then see how long you can keep it up from there. Thanks to the both of you for the feedback.
