pooflingerthebananaking
it gets me just about as many wins as losses. anything i could do to improve on the concept?
Zauls
Its a nice idea to abuse Absolute Zero, yes, but you're doing it completely wrong. The HERO Beat and Bubblebeat decks work just fine as they are, so I recommend taking the skeleton of Bubblebeat and then add the some good WATER stuff to it, but only stuff that will work with the deck. Tidal is a nice idea since you will get another one when you banish it with Miracle Fusion and it is a nice beatstick from nowhere. However, most of the stuff you have in the deck is unnecessary, cloggy or inconsistent. Polymerization is one of the worst cards in the game as it is a -2 just for a monster. Stick with just Super Poly and Miracle, and maybe 1 Mask Change. Also, XYZ monsters are always the second win condition for HEROes as they are all Level 4 and have the ability to make things like Blade Armor Ninja which is a very solid card. You can get the materials on the field no problem with Bubbleman and Stratos and everything. Here is a build I came up with in 5 minutes, similar to a Bubblebeat kind of thing but with a few different tech choices and weird stuff. Hope this helps. pooflingerthebananaking
i know poly is usually more pain than its worth, but by using king of the swamp or just having it in my hand, i get 1 of 2 choices, use it or use monk's eff with it. my whole reasoning behind putting it and gemini spark in there is sometimes i just wont use them and i end up having fuel for monk. oh but i do wanna mention, it's otk'ed 3 out of the 5 wins by utilizing zero into acid then tidal and another zero : and out of the 6 losses so far, all but one were sooooo freaking close. it seems by looking at it that it'd be cloggy, but i suggest trying it out to get a better understanding of what im trying to do. but i kinda like your idea too, so i'll test your deck to see if it gives me any tech ideas. thanks for the insight :) oh, also as i was putting your build together, i found you suggested all the wrong xyz, so my idea was this: (remove said xyz) replace with: daigusto emeral abyss dweller lavaval chain excalibur steelswarm roach

Zauls
I tested it just for one game and won in 3 turns. I did draw pretty good though. I can imagine it not being that consistent. Your only other option really is to go for a Diva-DAD build similar to what was meta a couple of years ago.
