[spoiler='I have a feeling this is gonna be locked.']2 Level 6 "Monarch" Monsters When this monster is Xyz Summoned, Send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. You can Detach 2 Xyz Material from this card and Tribute 1 Monster you control; Discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. If it was a Monster Card, Banish 1 Spell/Trap card you control and 1 Monster your opponent controls; Inflict 700 damage to your opponent for each banished card. This card cannot attack during the turn this Effect is activated. When this card is removed from the field; You can return 1 card in your Graveyard to the top of the Deck. You can remove this card in your Graveyard from play; Remove from play 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard. ~Shin~ Posted April 30, 2013 Report Share Posted April 30, 2013 As far as I know monarch decks do not run protection, so they would need Double Summon to bring this out.. IDK. IMO 700 is too much, you would not even need the attack, but I guess "luck factor" helps with its balance. I do not think this makes milling 3 any more relevent, still from the monarch decks I saw, this effect is as good as searching the deck. Yet another effect that I can not fully understand, other than not messing with monarchs already tight extra deck what makes this worth the -1 !? I guess it helps wearing down the opponent..
