1200/1800/Level 7

When you Normal Summon a Level 4 or lower monster: You can target that monster; negate its effects, then Special Summon this card from your hand. A Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains these effects.

You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy it.
● During either player's turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; change all monsters your opponent controls to face-down Defense Position.
Once during each of your End Phases: You can attach 1 monster to this card as an Xyz Material from your hand or either player's Graveyard.

Very creative and useful, but I have a question!

 

This monster is level 7. How is it supposed to be used in summoning a rank 4 or lower monster? Is there any way (which I am probably ignoring) to decrease its level to 4 or less?

 

Otherwise, straightforward, efficient, and quite a lot of fun. Congrats!

 

Although could these effects could probably make some xyz monsters overpowered? Now that I think of it, since a material is required for an activation effect, most likely not. I do however have my concerns about the last effect.

 

I apologise for any nonsense. I am not familiar with the metagame...

So uh, does all this come before or after oyu figure out how abusable this crap is? Adding more Xyz material EVERY turn from EITHER graveyard is extraordinarily OP, bro.

Yes you are correct. But what also came to mind recently was the idea to have only one of the effects applicable each turn. I do not know if this fixes the problem. Or if it doesn't, the xyz monster could recieve 2 counters upon being summoned, by the removal of each, it would be able to have a material attached to itself.

 

One bad clause however, does not make a monster "crap". I still like the idea quite a lot.

This is supposed to be very powerful in exchange for being somewhat difficult to Summon, like Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode. The easiest ways to drop something's Level are Harmonic Waves, Falling Current, and Star Light, Star Bright.

 

Infinite fuel can do some cool things if you can keep the monster alive. It could be overpowered.
