Dark isn't a type, you wrote Twilgiht instead of Twilight, you wrote front instead of from, you wrote cards instead of card. And how are you going to make this anyways?

Effect is ok I guess, not much to say. Synchro decks don't run traps anyways...

Interesting idea i have to say, but before i start to reveal my own ones to you about your card, we should first talk about the Wyverns.

 

The wyvern is a legendary winged creature with a dragon's head, reptilian body, two legs (sometimes none), and a barbed tail, which may be said to breathe fire or possess a venomous bite. - Wikipedia

 

In short the wyvern is not a dragon. OFC in the yugioh there is no wyvern monster type, so that is okay if you call him Dragon-Type, but the wyvern cannot be the brother of a dragon.

 

Dear Tachyon Dragon, i am preaty sad how you do not run the base traps, what is common in every deck, "Bottomless Trap Hole", "Solemn Judgement" and "Solemn Warning".

 

After all of my complains, it is time to talk about the real deal, from the "Twilgiht Wyvern". This card just too strong at the moment, and the reason behind it, even if your opponent has absolute no talent/luck in your game, and has no spell/trap cards on his side of the field, you still can set your own cards, too boost up this card. So, the base idea is good but this card needs some little fix. 

 

1st your card can easly reach the 3200-3600 ATK with a strong spell/trap card lock, what is unacceptable, because its too easy to summon this card. My fix would be the follow; this monster gains 400 ATK for each Twilight Counter on it.

2nd too high DEF, its need to be lowerd, at least by 200.
