Too powerful!

Decrease its Attack or make it vulnerable at (at least) Trap Card's Effect.

What about:

ATK 4000  DEF 3000

When this card is special summoned, destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot be targeted neither by Monsters's nor by Spell Cards's effects. While this card is on the field, all other light and dark monsters on your side of the field gain 500 Attack and Defense. Each Turn, during your Standby Phase, pay 2000 Life Points or destroy this Card.

Card is not bad but not good either. i would make it a lvl 7 with 2800 Atk points, and 2500 Def points.

When he was a 10 star synchro,he was to hard to summon so i would decrease atk, def, and lvl so he can be play able.

- Added Specific Synchro requirements so he can be a litte harder to summon

- Took out "Cannot be targeted by Spells, Traps, and monsters effects." This effect for him just make him overpowered.

- Changed his first effect so it won't automatically be a game winner

- Added a Bonus when he been delt with.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all monsters on your opponent side of the field. While this card is on the field, all DARK monsters on your side of the field gain 200 Attack and Defense. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Special Summon 2 level 4 or lower Fiend monster from your Graveyard.
