NeoRWBY65
Carnivorous Shifter LIGHT Rank 6 Beast/Xyz/Effect 3 Level 6 monsters When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can attach the destroyed monster to this card as Xyz material. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card to have this card gain ATK and DEF equal to the respective ATK and DEF of the detached monster until the end phase. If the detached Xyz material was an effect monster, this card gains the effects of the detached Xyz material until the end phase. ATK 2000/DEF 2000 CXyz: Carnivorous Shifting Trap DARK Rank 7 Beast/Xyz/Effect 4 Level 7 monsters Once per turn, you can select 1 card in either player's graveyard, and attach it to this card as Xyz material. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the number of Xyz materials attached to it x600. If this card has "Carnivorous Shifter" as an Xyz material, it gains this effect: This card gains the effect of all Xyz monsters attached to it as Xyz material. ATK ?/DEF ? NeoRWBY65
bump. I would actually LIKE to have at least 1 comment other than my own on my topics.
Misawa
Regular Shifter is kind of OP with a 3000 attacker gaining the Atk and Def of a detached monster even if it is until the end phase (eg. you destroy a five headed dragon, next turn you can gain 5000 attack then mega morph for 16000 whilst gaining the effect). Shifter Trap can be really OP if it has an attachment of two monsters which the effect of cannot be destroyed by traps and cannot be destroyed by battle then have another attachment that has a burn effect. Basically one of the only ways to defeat them is to get rid of the attachments with a card effect. The bad things aside, I think it is a really cool idea. The regular shifter's effect makes it increase equal to the combined attack of all the cards detached from it. The CXyz then copies that effect, since it will then keep the effects until the end phase.
Misawa
Thanks for correcting me :) Just one little note, I think you should limit the maximum amount of XYZ material in the effect. This way the card can be a little more balanced.
NeoRWBY65
I weakened the original, making it 2000 instead of 3000, and it only gains the attack when it is detached through its own effect, not everytime a card is detached.
