Once per turn, decrease the Level of the equipped monster by 1. If the monster's Level cannot go down any further, destroy it and banish this card. It's way too slow to actually play, nothing can really play this at all, and it's just gonna be Xyz Summoned or destroyed at some point. It does make it more challanging for some Decks if they only run Rank 4, but if they did, they probably are gonna Xyz Summon before you get the chance to use this on anything anyway.
