Madolche Chateau Infinite Loop

So, Shard found this Infinite Loop with Deck Devastation Virus and Madolche Chateau. Here's how it does it:

1.Your opponent activates DDV, Tributing and all that.

2.You happen to have a Madolche monster with 1500 in your hand/Field.

3.That then gets send to the Graveyard, and you choose to go add it to your hand with Chateau.

4.It gets sent to the Graveyard again, and you choose to do it again.

 

This would of course be illigal, as it's an opitional effect, so the Chateau player would have to give it up, and not get back their monster.

 

EDIT: I might actually be wrong here, I am not sure if it will still apply after the first time it's done. I know that you check when DDV has resolved, but only one time? Can anybody confirm this.

You're wrong. It gets added to your hand and DDV doesn't destroy it. It only checks at its resolution and then only cards you draw.
