 I don't make Synchro Monsters often, but when I do, I base their design of an Xyz Monster.

When the Blue-Eyes support comes around, this could become pretty nice don't you think?

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster
If this card is Synchro Summoned using a non-Tuner Normal Monster, except Tokens: You can destroy all other monsters on the field, and if you do, this card loses 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. When this card card is destroyed by battle: You can target 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target, and if you do, banish this card instead of sending it to the Graveyard. This effect of “Thunder Dragon of the End” can only be used once per turn

It is needs 1 more level to be BEWD support. To me the first effect wording makes it seem as that you can activate it at any time instead of triggering on summ..

Why should a card gain ATK for a nuke effect? O_o

I would say it should not even attack... And IMO, it conflict with its other effect (design wise).

 

Also, "During the turn you activate this effect, this card gains 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase" I think that you stated the effect limit twice.

First things first... It's level 8? it sounds like you want it to be Blue-Eyes support so how--apart from Level Eater-- is someone supposed to summon it? But anyway, to the effect. 

 

I like that you decided to make part of its effect reliant upon being summoned with a Normal Monster, but kept it Generic so that it could be summoned in other decks. (Although I'm not completely sure why anyone would summon it in a non-normal deck) Destroying keeps in match with the XYZ. The ATK boost is nice, keeps it from being an under powered Level 8. Revival effect is a tad bit underwhelming. I feel it could extend to something like "By Opponent's Card" or whatnot. Glad you added that clause at the end so it couldn't be abused. Seeing as how the Blue-Eyes structure isn't out yet, we don't have an decidedly singular way of playing it. I have no idea how this'll mesh with those.

Geminis love this, but the "Gains 500 ATK/DEF" is just bad design. For the nuke, restrict it so that it can't attack when it nukes. Also, being level 8 Generic is quite nice and makes it a very good and easy card to bring out, especially given how you can run several Gemini Monsters with a handful of tuners for added beats.

 

But again, don't make it winmoar or give it the OTK potential it has, and right now Nuke + 500 boosts is leaning towards both winmoar and OTK, so I'll repeat: Restrict it.

It was not meant to be a Level 8, my bad. I'll fix it shortly. I'll also take out the ATK gain, but I figured that since Thunder End Dragon had 3000, then wouldn't be so bad.

 

EDIT: New one up. Is it too bad now? Or is it more balanced now?

Nice art, balanced effect. Good overall card.

I know you're new here, but please comment with something I can actually use. Sure, if you like my card, you can say that, but can you explain why? I gain nothing from this, and neither does anybody else.
