Does anyone know a card that does this?

Something like this...

 

As long as this card remains on the field if a monster attacks a defense position monster with greater DEF than the ATK of the attacking monster the attacking monster is destroyed. 

 

It seems like a fairly obvious effect. I need it for a strategy but I don't know what card does it, if any. I want it to be a spell or trap card so if there is one of those out there I'll use that but if it's an effect monster I'll just make something. 

 

EDIT:Oh, and I need it to be continuous.

No, I need it to affect every card on the field. Attacking ANY defense position monster will do this.
