You can trigger it by the effects of Evilswarm Bahamut and Maestroke.

 

I think this could be used for a Necro Gardna DARK dump thing with Dark Grepher and Armageddon Knight. It could have competitive value. But I don't understand when the effects trigger. The first effect would make sense without a colon, as a Continuous effect. The second effect...Does it activate when it's sent to the Graveyard or during your Standby Phase?
