I don't know where this fits, but since you don't need to Normal with E-Dragons, you can just use this to have another monster to do stuff with if you need it. But it's useful other places as well. This + Chamenleon does that too which is also pretty sweet. It's a very good card. Level 7 is great, stats are perfect for abuse, and if there's ever a time where tributing is important, you can always tribute anything semi-strong to lock that out.
