L0SS Posted May 13, 2013 Report Share Posted May 13, 2013 You can Normal Summon this card wihout a Tribute, but it’s Level becomes 3. If you control a Level 5 or higher monster; you can Special Summon this card from your hand. [hr] A versatile Tuner that can be used easily, and in conjunction with synchros to pull better ones out of the bag. Could also be an interesting Rank 5 material.
