Cannot be Normal Summoned unless you control a "Ghostrick" monster (but can be Normal Set.)  Once per turn: you can change 1 "Ghostrick" monster to face-down Defense position.  Once per turn, even if this card was sent to the Graveyard that turn, if a monster changed to face-down Defense position by this card's effect is sent to the Graveyard:  Your opponent must reveal all face-down cards on their side of the field; choose 1 of the cards revealed this way, and destroy it.

I think it's a little situational, unless there's a way you send it to the graveyard, otherwise it's too reliant on the opponent, not to mention it has to be face up as well, right? But the effect itself is pretty original I guess.

I think the ocg should be something like:

"Cannot be Normal Summoned unless you control a "Ghostrick" monster (but can be Normal Set.)  Once per turn: you can change 1 "Ghostrick" monster to face-down Defense position. When a monster flipped face-down by this effect is sent to the graveyard: Reveal all set cards your opponent controls, then target 1 of those cards and destroy it. This effect of "--" can only be activated once per turn."

 

I'm not to sure, but I think it is worded to work like you wanted, except maybe the face that you can't activate the effect of multiple copies the same turn.

Also maybe if you had given them a way to send a monster to the graveyard it would have been nice.
