Premier Alexander Romanov
Mecha Phantom Beast Unixone WIND/Machine/Xyz/Rank 9/3500 ATK/2900 DEF 2 Level 9 monsters This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects while you control a Token. CXyz Mecha Phantom Beast Hydrupitra WIND/Machine/Xyz/Rank 8/3000 ATK/2700 DEF 3 Level 8 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monsters Must be Xyz Summoned by the effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Cross Into The Blue" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" (WIND/Machine-Type/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 0). This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects while you control a Token. If this card has "Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack" as an Xyz Material, this card gains this effect. ● This monster can attack a number of times per Battle Phase equal to the number of "Mecha Phantom Beasts" you control, but if so, no other monsters you control can attack during this Battle Phase, and this monster cannot attack your opponent directly. When this monster destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can detach 1 Xyz Material and Tribute 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster you control; Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK or DEF of the destroyed monster, whichever is higher. CXyz Mecha Phantom Beast Peguranasus WIND/Machine/Xyz/Rank 10/4000 ATK/3600 DEF 3 Level 10 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monsters Must be Xyz Summoned by the effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Cross Into The Blue" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. During your Main Phase: You can Tribute a Token you control; place 1 "Holo Counter" on this card. During your Main Phase: You can remove 1 "Holo Counter" from this card; Special Summon 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" (WIND/Machine-Type/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 0) on your side of the field. If this card has "Skypalace Gangaridai" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect. ● During the End Phase of a turn in which this monster destroyed a monster by battle: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Place 2 "Holo Counters" on this card. Rank-Up-Magic Cross Into The Blue Spell/Normal Target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control and Tribute 2 Tokens you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" or "CXyz" monster that is 1 Rank higher than the target, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Then, if the target was a WIND Machine-Type Xyz Monster; Special Summon as many "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" (WIND/Machine-Type/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 0) as possible. Discuss. Airride
3 Level 11 [X] monsters Must be Xyz Summoned by the effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Cross Into The Blue" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This doesn't even make sense. Anyawys. Unixone feels redundant. It doesn't even have an effect except it's protection, so it feels...bland. I like Hydrupitra. Though, I feel it has too much OTK potential - It's burn isn't once per turn and there are no restrictions on attacks - you can attack with all of your other Mecha Phantoms then it if you wanted to, plus it can attack directly. Fix those. Peguranasus is...awkward. The Copying effects seems out of place, and it doesn't even make any ammo to use its effect with, which is kind of...eh. It's effect IS powerful though, so I guess that's alright. Zion makes no f***ing sense. You can't return a TOKEN to your HAND for a cost...Otherwise, it's kind of bland and unnecessary, in my opinion. I don't feel the Cross into The Blue is really necessary - we already have Barian's and it doesn't have another cost on it. Granted, it makes token floods, but...to summon these you already need plenty of tokens anyway, so quite unnecessary.

Well, it's essentially a generic Xyz for Rank 9s, but if you have Tokens, it's virtually indestructible. Hydrupitra is fixed, and so is Zion. Pegauranasus is restricted in not making ammo because of its powerful effect. And Cross Into The Blue is more generic than Barian's Force, not needing to be the same Type, but it does flood the field with Tokens, usually 3 or 4 if you played your cards right.
