Zazubat
I am playing all right now. The decks go in order of which are doing the best for me right now. Wind-Up Build: Constellar Build: Regular Build:
evilfusion
Is there a significant advantage to using Wind-Up Warrior as opposed to Wind-Up Soldier? Actually, on consideration, there probably is. Warrior can boost a Rat to Level 4 to make Utopia or similar whereas Soldier cannot Xyz with Rat at all. Why the focus on Unicorn Spear, though? Most ZW Decks I've seen use only Tornado Bringer and Lightning Blade, which work on any Utopia monster, whereas Unicorn only works with C39 - Utopia Ray specifically. The inclusion of Rank-Up Magic also shifts away from Unicorn Spear because C39- V and Victory can't use Unicorn Spear. This probably isn't a major issue, per se, but an advantage of using the other ZWs is that Utopia with its defensive effect is less of a risk (and easier) to play than Utopia Ray. This means Unicorn Spear is less likely to be played because unless you're going for game, bringing out your single copy of Utopia Ray risks wasting your ace in the hole. Fortunately, you can Summon Unicorn, which is an advantage over the other ZWs...

Fortunately, you can Summon Unicorn, which is an advantage over the other ZWs... Yup, the Level boost is why I'm running it. And the fact that you can Summon Unicorn more easily (and it's a 1900 beater is nice too) is why I'm running it. I also didn't really want to clock my hand too much with unuseable monsters, and while I like Lightning Blade, I find Tornado Bringer to be pretty lack luster. Utopia will almost never die in battle, and cards that target are pretty limited. While both are pretty nice, I would rather have a Level 4 1900 ATK monster with a 1900 ATK boost, plus prevention from other stuff, though if you feel like I should take it out for Lightning Blade, I can do that. Dementuo
You can't even make Pleiades I'd recommend swapping it for C106, and then swap the Barian's Forces for Limited Forces or Numeron Forces.

I actually can, by using a Warrior Rank 4 I can rank it up, though it was left over from the order build where the main Deck could also make it. Should I swap it out or not, as it's pretty handy to have, but I don't see why I would run C106 when I got no Rock-Type Xyz to use it with. I also don't get why I would want to switch out Barian's Force, when Limited is just a worse version of it that doens't steal Materials and Numeron negates my stuff as well, something I don't really like, but I might pick it over the other. Rank-Up Magic only works on CXyz (Barian's Force only) or Number C monsters (all 3 kinds). You cannot use it to Summon Pleiades. Also, Limited Force was being recommended because all your Rank-Up Xyz are Rank 5 and Limited Force doesn't need you to match Type, so you could use Rank-Up on a Rank 4 Number and C106's effect. Having the ability to steal 1 Xyz material isn't worth the inconvenience of not being able to Rank Up any of your Rank 4s. You run Limited Force because you can Rank Up 39 or 50 into C106 and still get C106's effect off, and you're not Ranking Up any Xyz monster but Rank 4s into Rank 5s. All of the RUMs can only Rank Up into CXyz or CNumbers, so you cannot Rank Up into Pleiades.

I always just thought they were the same, but one negated everything and one stole something. I'll change it now.

Zazubat
Well, Zextra and I had a chat on DN, and he said that there really is no reason to have Limited as I only have the Utopia ugrades anyway to use it on, and that the Utopia Upgrades need another Utopia to gain their effects, so it wouldn't even be worth it to upgrade with others. I have changed that, and put the other back in instead. That way, I could also steal their Utopia if they happen to play the same Deck as mine. C39 Victory is a 2800 beater with an Ancient Gear clause. C106 only requires a Number underneath it to get its Field-Wide Negation effect. I'm just saying, you might want to run Limited Force and C106 over regular Barian's Force. And if you don't run C106 and just stick with Utopias, then go with Numeron Force. The field-wide negation is actually incredibly helpful.

I also dislike the negate as, again, it also fucks with my stuff. I just find that it's much nicer. I will try out your suggestions, who knows, it may work better, but since I kind of need Wind-Up Factory for the Rat and Shark combo so I can make Leo, I won't be able to do that anymore. I'd think that, if you're pulling moves like that, then you're going to have either already done your combos or you'll be winning already.
Zazubat
This deck still seems pretty inconsistent, I don't draw the right cards most of the time, and it's pretty hard to make the right move. Aren't there better ways than a Wind-Up build? Or am I just extreamly unlucky?

Zazubat
Constellars do pretty well, and that also gives you access to a myriad of good Xyz. I can try to build one. I'll post it under the current one when I do. EDIT: I put it up. It's pretty much a copy of my other Constellar build, but with a few differences. EDIT 2: I also updated the other build a little bit.
