Omniwarrior
I'm on a roll! I've made 3 posts so far tonight! Well, back to the topic. Just a nice fairy card. Please rate!
newhat
Where are you Special Summoning the monster from? Do you mean Fairy, the type? If so, the lore should say Fairy-Type, not "Fairy". Since this is all I wanted to say and I don't want to defy the Advanced Clause, 1600 is an annoying ATK value, too high for Shining Angel/Nova Summoner but high enough for Bottomless Trap Hole. However that won't matter if it can Special Summon from your Graveyard. LIGHT is standard.
Therrion
Once per turn, you can tribute 1 monster: Special Summon 1 Fairy-type monster, except "Summoner Angel", from (?) with the same level as the tributed monster. It cannot attack this turn. A decent card, basicly a Prior of the Ice Barrier for all Fairy-types to use, except the monster must be of the same level. Would be interesting in an Athena Deck, which like the Summoning of Fairies. The only thing I see is if you tribute her to herself, you can Special Summon herself and make an infinite Athena damage loop or just a repeated cycle of Summoning which can probably have another abusive play found with (hence my "except Summoner Angel" clause). 8/

Therrion
The last sentence is pointless, for the rules already cover it. You wouldn't be able to use it without a target present. Also, graveyard is a word that doesn't get capitalized, and Level is.
