TheKaitoKid
During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; this turn, each time your opponent adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand by a card effect (including by drawing), draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Lord Greed" per turn. Flavor: A noble king was corrupted by greed and died with his riches, turning to stone and forever guarding his treasure. On to the card itselt, it's a Maxx "C" like hand-trap that could utterly wreck decks that try to gain too much advantage in a single turn. It wrecks Prophecy, Exodia, Dragon Rulers, Hunders, Heroes, Dark Worlds, Gadgets, and more. Thoughts? Rulings: If "Macro Cosmos" or "Dimensional Fissure" are face-up on the field, this card cannot be activated as its cost cannot be paid. If your opponent adds 2 or more cards using 1 card effect you only draw 1 card since you draw for times not for cards drawn.

Vanguard'sAssasin
I like the idea of it, but its almost a knock-off of Maxx C. Maxx C works when they Special Summon a monster which i find more useful then when they add a card from the deck. I could see this card getting used alot against Madolche though

I could see this card getting used alot against Madolche though It isn't really comparable to Maxx "C" as they serve totally different purposes. This is used to try and stop your opponent from gaining too much advantage and on the off chance that it doesn't, you benefit as well. Maxx "C" is used to dissuade OTKs and stop dekcs from swarming.
