Ice Kirby Posted June 3, 2013 Report Share Posted June 3, 2013 It's a interesting effect, but this card would already beat most level 5 and lower monsters with it's 2700 ATK points, if not all of them. If anything, this is more of a drawback as your opponent doesn't take battle damage.
