Giving it the option makes it more flexible, and I can see this being quite useful in Infernities. It gives you marginal help, instead of randomly setting cards you don't need to set; it can potentially be a substantial loss for your opponent, and an inconvenience at the very least least. Â Field is also interesting, as you can clear up your opponent's cards, in return for you own stuff. Firefists came to mind, simply because shuffling a couple of S/Ts to get rid of a monster or two sounds like a nice deal. That might not be the best application of this card, but hey. It's "cards" so you can actually reshuffle your own Purgatorial Warps or other cards. It's also basically dual Transmigration Prophecy except with a cost and if it's negated, you wind up with a -2 potently. Whether that -2 is bad for you or not is subjected to the cards at hand.
