Was a beutiful day at the Haertand Middle School. The lessons were about to start, and Three was entering in his classroom. Affert greeting his classmates, he walked to his friends: Tory, Bronk, Flip, Caswell and Cathy,"Hello, Three! How are you?" "Fine, Tory." "Do you feel confortable in our school? Asthe class rep, i shold now it." "Yes, but there is a particular reason why i feel good here." "What?" Three smile and start to watch the roof of the room "Is because now i can consider people that are'nt member of my family different from enemy." "Good. I take note of that. And there is another things" Three return to watch him "Said at you brother Four that we have forgiven him for what he have made to my and Bronk during the World Duel Carnival. Was controlled by the Barian's and he have no guilt of that." Three replise "I'll refere to him. Probably he will dedicate you a special Fan Treatment for that!" All laugh when Caswell and Bronk, scared by that opportunity, hidden themselves under a desk! But in all that fun, Three have a question for all: "Where is Yuma? I've not see him" Bronk under the desk, said " Nether i. Every day, first to enter school, we make a race for see who arrives first at school." "That are'nt only the most strange thing that regards Yuma in this period." Flip said "Have anyone noted that Yuma are covered of patches? He have the most of the body covered of that!" "Mmm, yes i've noted it" In the same moment, a voice scream from the door "Hello to evryone" and on the door thy seen Yuma whit the face covered of patches! "What happened to you" "When i was going out from my house, i fall from the top of the stairs, so i wounded my face. Then i put some patches on it, and then i go to school!" The other believe at his story, but Tory thought that he have told some lies. Yuma was hiddening a mistery....

After school

"Hey, Yuma! You don't stop for a duel!" "I can't! I must go home for study!" and then he runs away. Tory continue to suspect. "First, Yuma duel all the afternoon's, and he didn't thought at study. he hidden something" she thought. So he asked Flip:"Flip, can you leave me your gun-fires-bugging devices?" "Hu? yes, here you are" then she took aim and fire a bugging device on Yuma's bag. Then she returned it to Flip, but took the device to hear.

At Yuma's house.

She positioned herself under Yuma's bedroom window and start to hear. He could hear Astral and Yuma voices... they were talking over something of misterius.

"You can't go there another night, Yuma!" "But i must!" "Look at you! You are covered of patches and you must go to bed at afternoon for sleep! You can't support that for much longer!" "Shut up Astral! i can support tha.....aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" "Have you seen it now?" "You now what will happen if i don't go there for a night! So shut up! i want to sleep now" Then she heard only Yuma's snoring. What they are talking about? Why Yuma must go evry night inplaces and what tipe of place was? She can dicover it only following Yuma that night. Astral was reborned, but they culdn't go to search the seventh Legendary Number with Yuma in that state.

At night

Tory, cloacked, was following Yuma and Astral to uncover theire secret. The strange tning was that they're going in the rotten heart of the city, an intricate maze of infamous alleys. What they made here? Then Yuma enter in a local. Only the name surprised Tory: The entire name of the place formed the word BARIAN'S! Why Yuma and Astral should enter in place whit that name? Then she started to eavesdrop from the door. What she hear shocked her!
"Hello Yuma!" "We thought that you won't come, after what happen's last night!" Are Vector's and Alit voice's! What make Yuma whit his worst enemy?

Over a roof

A cloacked figure was watching the scene. What made Tory here? But is impossible that she could stop his plan. Vector an Alit are two Barian Empereors. Tory have no possibility against they.

Out of the local

Tory continue to eavesdrop from the door. "You know that i come here every night. Begin, i want to finish as soon as possible." was Yuma's voice without any dubt "So, let's go. Barman, we're going in our room. No one can disturb us." Then he heard some steps, someone open a door, then other steps, a door closed. Then Tory enter. There are only the barman. But at the end of the smell room, there was a little door. She said "hello" to the barman and start to spy from the hole of the lock. She seen a terrible image: Yuma, nuked, was blocked on a spiked table whit Alit and Vector that watch him. Vector have in his hand a nine-tail cat, and he was using it over Yuma. After any strike, Yuma launch a scream. Tory couldn't support his scream for more, and decided to save Yuma. She could imaginate the scene...

Inside Tory's mind

Vector and Alit have just losed a duel against Tory, who wore a armor. Then she run in the direction of the bed, where YUma stayed, but he appears dead. Tory free and take him on his arms, calling his name many times. But Yuma didn't wake up. So Tory start to cry, but when her tear's touch Yuma's face he waken up and ....

Real world.

Tory was disturbed in her daydream by Yuma's scream, so she decided: she must act. She smashed the door and scream "Stop now!". In a second, all the eyes of the room were punted over her. The first to talk was Vector, whit the nine-tail cat still in his hand. Whit angry said: "What do you make here, Tory?" she launch away the cloack and say, determined "I'm here to save Yuma" Then vector and Alit started to laungh, After, Vector said "You save Yuma? you didn't reach to protect yourself!" Yuma said to her "Tory, flee! Those guy are dangerous!" "I know that. But explain me why you humiliate yourself in front of those two!" Yuma want to start to explain, but firstthat he can sid anithing, Alit strike a powerful fist on his face "Shut up! Now is Vector who will explain the situation" "Thank, Alit. Some time ago i heard of an embarassing secret over Yuma, and i wanted to use for blackmail him and take all his number. But Yuma didn't want to save his social life killing Astral. So he make me another offert. Evry night, he must go here and i can make with his body all i want! But i not make sex. Only the idea disgut me." Then he attempt to return to what he was doing saying "Now you know all. Then if you please go away..." "Not." She replies. "No? what do you want to sai with that?" "I say that i challenege you in a Duel" Vector restart to laugh. "Challenege me in a Duel? Are you crazy?" "Not" she replies, cold has a winter's wind. "If i win, Yuma would be free and you must forgotten his secret. But if you win, i must come here every night" Vector thought over the condition for a moment, then said "Good. I accept your challenge. But a condion." "What?" Vector grim "You will know what"Then he turn in to Alit direction's and said to him: "Alit, turn Yuma vertical, so he can see the Duel! And prepare another spiked bed!" Alit start to follow Vector istruction's, and Vector expain to Tory his condition "Evry time i start a turn, Yuma will recives a number of Alit's fist equal to my Life Points divided 100. And you must watch and hear. Do you accept?" "Tory didn't stay to thought for a lot and reply immediatly "Yes" "Good! So the duel can start!" Both prepered they're equipment, and Alit put a Duel Gazer on Yumas eye to allow him to see the duel. Then Vector and Tory shout toghether "Duel!"

Turn 1: Tory

"I play first. Draw!" "Then i summon on my field Swan of the tunnel of love!"

A beutiful swan boat appear, but in Attack posicion. "Then i activate from my hand the a magic card, Sword and Shield, that switch the ATK and the DEF of all the monster on my field until the end of the turn. (Swan of the tannel of love: ATK 0/DEF 2000-ATK 2000 DEF 0) " And then the swan boat became giant! "After i activate Linear Acceleration Cannon, that allow me to destroy a monster on my field to inflict to my opponent damage equal to half of his ATK!" Then the swan enter in a cannon, and exit in flame, blowing away 1000 Vector's life points. (Vector 4000-3000). "Then Swan effect's activate! When is destroyed by a card effect, i could summon two couple tokens on my field" And after a girl and a boy appear on Tory's field

"Then i set a card and i end my turn" then Yuma start to cheer his frind "Yes, Tory! You can defe...aaaah!" The scream was caused by Alit, that have striked an elbow in Yuma's stomach.

Turn 2: Vector

"If you have end to make the cheer girl, i start. Draw" "Then i follow you path. My life points are 3000, so Yuma receives 30 fisrst! Go, Alit!"

Yuma was prepared, but he see something of strange. Seems that Alit wasn't happy to beat him. "What's the problem, Alit? you aren't happy?" "Not" Alit said when he started to beat Yuma "I'd prefer that Vector forgot that stupid game and start to make serius thing. But for now, I'am happy to take some revenge over you!" And start a rain of fist.

"Good. After that 30 fist, i can start! I summon Umbral Ghoul!" And with a dark cluod, the monster appear.

"Then i activate his effect! By reducing his ATK to 0 (Umbralis Ghoul ATK 1800-0) i can special summon from my hand an Umbral monster with 0 ATK from my hand! And i summon Umbral Will-o'-The-Wisp and Umbral Unform!" Then, a blue flame and a sort of dark blob apper's on Vector's field.

"And then i activate Umbral Will-o'-The-Wisp's effect! When this card is special summoned, i can change one monsters level as the same as it. So he become level 4 (Umbral Will-o'The-Wisp Lv 1-4)!" And to signal it, the star over the monster became four. "I overlay the level 4 Umbral Ghoul, Umbral Unform and Umbral Will-o'-The-Wisp!" the three monster became purple before shotting in the air after, the galaxy portal was opened "I use those three monster to biuld the Overlay network!" The three monster finish inside the portal "Xyz summon!" Then after the explosion, the number 104 shine in the dark and the Number appear in his sealed form "Come, Number 104! Within his glaring holy light, bring this foolish insect to his knee as his bow! Masquerade Magiciam-Shining!"

He said, while the monster show his free form."Shining... that was the Deck that the best friend of Yuma use, wasn't it? Or Yuma have forgotten Rei shingetsu yet?" Yuma ignore Vector's taunt and shout "Vector you're a bastard! Tory have no card's that could defeat a Number!" "That is my way of duel: no mercy for anyone. You should know that. I have no mercy for your dear friend Shingetsu!" Yuma want to reply, but Tory intervent "Shut up,Yuma! i've all the situation under control! Stop your stupide squabble and continue!" Vector grim and said "We wiil see if you still have the control of the situation after that! Go Shining! Attack the first Couple Token! Golden Ring!" The monster lanch une of his ring in the direction of the girl, but Tory predicted that "Continous Trap activate! Astral Barrier! As long as this card are on the field, when one of my monster is target of an attack, i turn the target of the attack to me!" then a sort of Tory's proiecton start to go in front of the attack, and stop it first that can touch the monster. Homewhere, Tory was lanched on the wall by the power of the attack (Tory 4000-1300). "You're foolish! You make that all for save your monster? You can explain me why you make that useless move?" "I will explain it in my next turn." "I hope for you that you can make something of good. I set a card and i end my turn."

Turn 3: Tory
"It's my turn. When i've both the Couple Token on my field, i can draw two card instead of one! Draw!" "Then I activate from my hand the magic card Anglic Rise! With this card, by tributing all the monster on my field i could special summon from my deck or from my hand a number of monster equal to the number of monster tributed, but theire level must be 4 or less, theire effect are negated and theire ATK became 0 . I tribute the two Couple Token to summon two Fearie Pon Pon !" The two Couple Token start to fly in the direction of a light in the sky, and after a blinding light two pon pon with a pair of eyes appear on the field.

"Then cause to Angelic Rise, theire ATK became 0! (Faerie Pon Pon 1 ATK 300-0) (Faerie Pon Pon 2 ATK 300-0) But if i summon a Fairy-tipe monster with the effect of Angelic Rise, i can draw i card for each Fairy-tipe monster summoned! I've summoned two Fairy tipe monster, so i can draw two card!"Tory watch to her hand "Nothing. I must hope that the card arrive with my two next move, or i'll lose the duel!" "I activate from my hand the magic card Pot of Greed!" the pot appear near Tory, and a light exit from it and after two card of Tory's deck start to shine. "When this card is activated, i can draw two card!" "Then i overlay the two Level 4 Faerie Pon Pon!" The two monster became yellow, then they shotting in the air, and after the red portal was opened. "Xyz summon!" Then the two monster go inside the portal and after the monster appear "Appear, Fairy Cheer Girl!"

But after the monster start to make strange moves and said strange things like "Give me a T! Give me an O! Give me a R! Give me a Y! Go Tory, go go!" but then all  understood: Then monster was cheering for Tory.Then Tory winked to her, and the monster reply. "Then i activate his effect! By deteaching an Overlay Unit, i can draw a card!" The Overlay Unit disappear near the pon pon of the monster, and she start to shake it, releasing a dust. Then tory draw er card. After seeing what card was, he could start to cry for the happines "it's arrived!" she shout. Then Vector said "I hope for that the card that you have just draw could make something. I was getting bored," "You will see. I activate from my hand Rank Up Magic-Barian Force!" all were shocked by that! Tory have still his  Barian Force? "This card raiseS the Rank of one Xyz monster by one and change it in Chaos Xyz! I use Fairy Cheer Girl to rebuilt the Overlay Network!" then the monster go inside a purple portal, and then there was a green and black explosion "Chaos Xyz Change!" Then appear a sphere made of green strings, that sorround the new monster "Now is the time to appear! Became a simbol of the goodness of Barian! Chaos Xyz Dark Fairy Cheer Girl!"

"Then the other effect of Barian Force is actived! When there are a Xyz monster in my opponent's side of the field, i deteach all his Overlay units and i attack it to my new monster, and the opponents monster lose 300 ATK for each unit stealed and lose all the effect that prevent his destruction in battle! (Shining ATK 2700-1800)" The three unit of Vector's monster start to go in the direction of Tory's monster, and become Chaos Xyz Unit. Vector was scaredand then Tory took advantage for taunt him "What's the problem Vector? You are stil bored?" Whit difficulty, he reply "When a Barian lose by the power of a monster Rank Upped by a Barian card, is the same as Astral lose by the power of a Number!" "So you remember his effect, true? If Dark Fairy Cheer Girl destroy a monster in battle, by deteaching a unit, i can inflict you damage equal to the number of card in my hand multiplied 500. I've 5 card in my hand, so the total amount, now that 104 can be destroied by non-Number monster, is 3200, and you have 3000 Life point's left!" "Then now, Dark Fairy Cheer Girl, attack 104! Fairy turn particicle!" The monster unleash a strong wind that goin the direction of 104 but Vector active in time a Trap card "Trap card, actived! Chaos fog!"  a fog exit from the card, directed towar the attack. "This is a card prepareted for Sargasso! When my opponent attack my with a Chaos Rank 5 monster, i can negate the attack!" And the wind was stopped by the fog. But Yuma aren't happy. He asked "Tory, why you have still that card!" Tory smile and say "Because i want to use it against vector the first time i could." All were confused by that "What do you mean with that?" "I want to prove to Vector a thing. The Barian aren't complitly bad. Vector listen to me! I know that you have engamned Yuma, but i continue to think that in your heart there must be somthing of good! You only need to find it!" After heard that, Vector bring the arm to his eyes and start to cry: Alit couldn't believe at what he was seeing "Vector, you are.. criyng?" but, after a moment Vector start to laung, with the tears that goes down his face  "Yes i'm criyng... for the laughter! You really thought, after i've engamned, psychologically tortured and physically tortured your friend, that in me there are still something of good? You're crazy!ahahahahahahahahahahahah!"

"I'm not crazy. I set a card and i end my turn."

 

Turn 4: Vector

"It's my turn! Draw! And now i can return to have fun! Alit other 30 fist on Yuma!" He said with a maniacal face "You don't know how much enjoy me to seeing your sufferented face earing and watching Yuma tortured1 But what...." Vector was amazed because Yuma recive the fist remeaning in silence "What are you doing? What you don't scream?" "You will never use me to inflict sufference to other, Vector!" "Gwaaargh! You humans will make me mad!" "Thank to the power of Don thousand, now i can use Barian Force in my human form. So i activate Rank Up Magic- Barian Force! This card Rank Up one Xyz monster on my field and summon and special summon a Chaos Xyz! I overlay the Rank 4 Masquerade Magician-Shining!" the monster became red and go inside a purple vortex "With this monster i rebuild the overlay network! Chaos Xyz Change!" Then a green and black explosion exited from the vortex, followed by a door with over a Barian simbol and chains. After the chain were broken, and the door was opened. "Appear, Chaos Number 104!" Then appered a pair of red bat wings "Born from chaos, when the Barian Force will cover up the light, The Great Darkness will dance! Masquerade Magician- Umbral!" While he said that words, the Number show his free form.

"When a Chaos  Xyz monster is special summoned with Barian Force, It absorb all the overlaing unit from an opponents Xyz monster and foor every Xyz unit absorbed, the opponent's monster lose 300 ATK (Dark Fairy Cheer Girl ATK 2500-1000)!" The five ovarlaing unit of Tory's monster go to Vector's one, and they shot a ray that reduce her ATK point's "And when Umbral is special summoned, it destroy one Magic or Trap card on my opponent's field! I destroy your cover card! Destroy Step!" Umbral start to roteate on himself, and after with a ray from his stick destroy Tory's cover card. "Then i attack with Umbral your monster!" Umbral launch a purple ray with is stick and destroy Tory's monster. But she remains still on foot when the explosion destroy her last life points (Tory 1300-0). Then Vector restart to laugh "Ahahahahahahahah! Now the fun can begin! Alit, put her in the same condition of Yuma!" Tory continue to remain glacial and no did not resist when Alit deneuded her and chain her to the spiked table. "You will give me fun, Tory. You can remain glacial as long as you want, but you will scream, giving me fun!". When Tory wait for the strike, he continue to repeat inside herself "I will not scream. I will not scream. I will not..." but when the strike arrive, she scream. Yuma and Tory passed a hell night. I can only said that at the end, they were covered of their blood. "Are 5 o'clock. Stop now!" Vector, who was trying to cut Tory's breast, protested "Only a minute!" "Not!" shouted Alit. He launch the two, nuked, in the rubbish. Vector remains on the door, watching them suffering and humiliated. Then he retured inside the bar. "I will never tired to watch Yuma in that state" Alit, disappointed, shout to him "What are happening to you Vector? First your only desire was to collect all the Number! What is that Thirst of sufference" "I didn't know that. But i like that! Yuma will continue to come here until he dead! And now Tory is added and she give me more sufference! But i'm not satisfied! I want more more more! ahahahahahahahahah!" Then Vector exploded in a laughter that was similar to that of Dark Astral. Alit decided that was the time to wake up Vector. Using all his Barian power, he unleashed his powerfulest fist, shouting "Vector!" the fist lauched Vector on the wall, and he stopped to laugh. Then he said "Thank, Alit. i don't know what washappened to me." then he stood up and said "Say to Yuma and Toey that they can remains at home tomorrow night." after reporting the news, Alit asked to Vector "But what was the Yuma's embarassing secret?" "I don't know a secret over Yuma. I was only convinced to know it" "Litterally speaking, someone have manipulated you" "Yes. And is frightening, because it means that in this game there are someone that is worst than me"

 

In the torture chamber

 

"Stupid Alit! He have ruined all my plan! Now i must search for another one to manipulate!" he thought, furious. "Some days and that two will be ready for go with.... a moment.... mmmmm.... Durbe will receive one of my visits....."
