Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card that was originally a Gemini monster; equip 1 Gemini monster from your hand or Graveyard to this card (you can only equip 1 monster at a time with this effect). While this card is equipped with a card by this effect, it gains the following effect.

● This card gains ATK equal to half of the equipped monster's ATK and any effects it gains as an Effect Monster. If a card(s) you control would be destroyed (by battle or by card effect), you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead of destroying 1 of those cards.

So how is this? Is it too strong, too weak, somewhere in between? Please let me know how I could improve the quality of the card.

I think it would be pretty awesome if gemini's had an xyz monster like this. I think it's quite balanced considering you need a gemini material.Since High level Gemini's like Phoenix Gearfried or Darkstorm Dragon are mostly dead in the hand, you can equip them to this card. Resembles Zubaba Knight effect though. Using Gemini's as an equip card would some make awesome combos if it equiped evocator to itself and gains it's evocators effect to pop a card.
