Predator Of Predators [My First Xyz Single]

My first Xyz. OCG corrections and general corrections would be great, plus your opinion on the card of course:

 

 

 

Lore:

2 Level 5 Fiend-Type monsters

Monsters your opponent controls are named "Predator of Predators". Monsters on the field with the same name can only attack each other and cannot be used to Special Summon other monsters. Once per turn, during either players turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish all monsters with 500 or less ATK OR 500 or less DEF on the field.

I believe it needs to have an attack increase (not to much, but to 2200 would be perfectly acceptable).

Also, the banish isn't all that scary, especially when it is only on your turn, and rare that something would have that ATK/DEF (unless this card is Summoned via Gagaga Girl/Magician combo).

Otherwise, it is very interesting. It has a pseudo-Marauding Captain (protection wise) effect, and also hates on Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon/Extra Deck.

It has the potential to completely lockdown a deck that is reliant on the Extra Deck, so perhaps being generic is not the best approach. Usually Extra Deck locking from an Extra Deck card is done by Fiends, and this card is infact a Fiend. You could make it so only Fiends could Summon it, or perhaps DARK to make it more widespread but still limited to an extent.

I agree actually, 2200 sounds good, Wouldn't want an unboosted Level 4 being able to dispose of it. 

I realise it's circumstantial, but I've noticed an increase in cards which only use ATK (and occasionally DEF), I figured it could catch out purely effect driven cards that don't even use the ATK/DEF. I should probably make the cut off 500 instead to give it a bit more use perhaps?

OT: The 500 range would increase playability somewhat. I don't believe there's any "Targets of importance", but anything that it could get rid of for a free plus makes the card better as a whole.

I imagine it would be annoying to stare at a 100DEF monster like, "I could've killed you...Had you been weaker..."

The idea behind the destruction of a monster with a low ATK or DEF relates to the card's name, predator of predators, because even strong monsters have weaknesses! 

Just to mention, aside from photon dragon, this card also screws up rescue rabbit.

Anyway, I've edited the card. Feedback from anyone would be great, I'll give out reps to anyone who gives me some.
