Reptile Support, Synchro Style (Sora Sets)

Hey everyone!

Reptiles are kinda an unsupported type, so I decided to make some support for them.  Since we all know how much I love white cards, I decided to make it synchro-based.

I tried to design these cards to interact with one another, but also to be able to be splashed into other archetypes/decks.

I am extremely open to suggestions!  If you have any ideas for any cards that could be implemented into this set, please feel free to share them with me either via PM or in this thread.  Speaking of which, I want to make a level 5 Reptile Synchro, but I don't know what it should do/be.  That being said, I will probably be updating this thread with new cards.

Comment, review, rate, hate, whatever.  Enjoy!

Salamander and Chompdile have already been reviewed in Singles, so I will be skipping over those two.

NOTE: This is my first Multiple Card Review since my return to YCM after a year or longer absence, so if I break a rule, please PM me what I did wrong and I will edit my post accordingly.

Armored Neutodore

This card is great, until that last sentence. The conditions of the search are perfect considering its DEF, and the protection effect is a decent addition, but really is just icing on the cake. The last effect, however, kills the card completely, offering to many scenarios where your opponent will 2-4-1 you, or simply kill 2 Reptiles with 1 Stone (eh, eh!?). I wouldn't think this card was out of line if this drawback was excluded entirely, as it will probably only search once if that, which is not OP in any way.

Guardian Naga

This card is good. The requirement of another Reptile-type makes it not work with Summoner Monk that well without foreplanning. However, this card combos great with Magnewt, and can be Summoned with Call of the Haunted in responce to an MST (or MST-like effect) to plus. This card is made well, and I wouldn't touch anything on it.

Magnewt

Perfect, nothing to change.

Tank Turtle

Yet another minus to your hand. I wouldn't mind seeing this card be able to Special Summon itself from the graveyard in addition to from the hand, provided its hefty banishing of two to Summon. You could make it a once per duel from the graveyard if you really were concerned with that effect making the card out of line. The level modifying is nothing to boast, would like to see it from any Special Summon (to work with Magnewt for Muranagi).

Emberwing Blizter

Perfect, nothing to change.

Muranagi

I want to say the above, but it won't be enough. I have to compliment you and say it is perfect and nothing should be changed. Nice job on this card, man.

So yeah, that is my review. You kind of butchered the OCG to an extent, but that is fine. There was never a point I couldn't understand what you were attempting to do with a card. Have fun!

1.  Oh, shoot, forgot to remove that clause.  I had that in there back when it was a level 4 in planning, but Ima go take it out now.  Thanks for reminding me.

2+3.  I'm glad you like em.

4.  Eeeeeeh...  I will change it to trigger off of any SS, but I'm not gonna let it summon itself from the grave.  That'd be a little *too* good (snake rain, salamander shenanigans, etc.)

5+6.  Glad you like em.

I'm also gonna add a OPT clause on Magnewt, just cause design.

Snake Rain, while adding ammo for the Turtle, is a -2, so should be rewarded if your daring enough to screw yourself (I mean, even without the once per duel clause, you could Summon 2 after a Rain, making a Rank 3-5, which would still be a -1 overall and leave you with 4 banished Reptiles). Snake Rain is a horrible card, even with all these cards. You'd be better with Foolish and, if you want, Charge of the Light Brigade and Ryko/Lyla.

Imagine if we gave a Snake Rain to Dragons or Zombies. It'd be busted as fuck. Besides, from a design principle, +1 self-summoning from the grave is generally bad. But I do appreciate your feedback.
