Anyway, I made this for 2 reasons, to make Rank 6 Tour Guiding, and to screw over your opponent. So that's fun. While yes, there are some really good plays that could be done with the aid of the card, that just makes it a good card. Level modification as a whole has always been far to weak to meet the standards of being included in a Deck. Now people will say Rabbit makes Ranks 1-8 and Tour makes Bounzer/Gauntlet with the aid of this card, but really, no top Decks will waste space on something that aids one or two other cards in their Deck. Level modification NEEDS a combo/card of which is OP (Tour/Rescue), and this card is no exception. I like it, the only really considerable Level modification card.
