Therrion
Yes, I meant to misspell "took". It was to grab attention of grammar Nazi's and make them view and perhaps review my thread! 1 Gemini Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, you can target 1 Gemini Monster in your graveyard and 1 monster your opponent controls: Banish the first target, and if you do, destroy the second target. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can select 1 of your banished Gemini Monsters; Special Summon it. The Special Summoned Gemini monster is treated as an Effect Monster, and gains its effect. If you control a face-up Gemini Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned this way, you can discard 1 card to target 1 face-up Gemini Monster you control: that monster is treated as an Effect Monster, and gains its effect. If you control a face-up Level 4 Gemini Monster: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect. ● Once per turn, you can target 1 other monster you control: It gains 500 ATK and is treated as a Tuner until the End Phase. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect. ● Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster from your Graveyard to target 1 face-up Gemini monster; that monster is treated as an Effect Monster, and gains its effect.Target 1 face-up Gemini monster that is treated as an Effect Monster you control: Special Summon 1 Gemini Monster with the same Level but different name from your Deck. All Gemini Monsters you control are treated as Normal Monsters and lose their effects. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 of your banished Gemini Monsters; add it to your hand, also, this card gains the following effect. ● This turn: You can activate this effect; Normal Summon 1 Gemini Monster you control or from your hand. VictorSempra
Okay, so you know how I have this thing about Banishing Geminis, cause it detracts from their basic set-up? Yeah, throw it out. Thundering Dragon just made up for every woe I had about it, especially with that nice "As an effect monster" clause. Helinus, I gotta say, is preeetty generic, but in a good way. Nothing fancy, nothing overdone, just a straight-up addition to what Gemini already do, albeit a bit faster. Very nice, ese. Ardor: Again, fairly basic, but gives Geminis a little more speed not only by allowing for quicker SYnchro/Xyz via his SS, which normally you'd have to do something silly like use Gemini Scorpion to achieve that, but also gives some love to getting Effects quicker. Paragon Shaper: See Ardor. My only thing is, LIGHT Geminis are in small supply, so I see it as kinda meh, unless it targets itself for a quick Tuner (At least it would be better than Magician) Flautist: See review on your single. In Search Of More: I like it. Because, pretty much, that last effect won't matter. Just whip out a Xyz for a quick combo and you're all set. Does kinda hinder Synchro summoning though, so that seems to balance it some.
Therrion
Thank you a lot for your review. I decided to remove Helinus. I didn't like him. Seemed a tad cheap. May revisit an Xyz here in a while for Gemini, however. LIGHT would be tied for the most common Attribute for Gemini Monsters be these released, matching EARTH at 7. Yeah, Ardor and Paragon kind of hop in the same boat for adding speed to the Deck. I like short and simple cards. I'm no Konami, releasing Constellar Sombres that have 10 too many effects to help boost an archetype. I was kind of unsatisfied with the removing of Synchro capabilities after searching with this card, but I'd imagine you would use it when that type of play isn't hindered. Like, after a Samurai +1, use it for Special Summon then go into an Xyz play. I didn't want the card to be too powerful but definitely wanted it to be somewhat. Update: New card! EDIT: I totally forgot how to work the [spoiler] thing, any help would be appreciated.
Kingdom Xathers
THO: There's not really a lot of ways to get a Gemini to become a Tuner, even including your additions, but I'll overlook that for the time being. As for its effects, the first is essentially Hyperion for Geminis, and the second allows you a second wind by instantly giving the Special Summoned Gemini its effect. Very nice, indeed. Ardor: Very nice, in that you can SS this, use your Gemini'd Samurai's effect or what-have-you, then go into an Xyz or possibly a Synchro. Paragon: Very interesting... you've given her an effect beyond its usual Gemini effects. As well, you've given Gemini-related Synchros another way to generate Gemini Tuners, but as said Maxx, the available pool of LIGHT Geminis is pretty small, even with your additions. Flautist: well, I've already spoken about this one in its respective thread.... In Search: Again, another good way to generate a possible Xyz, making the nuisance of the last line rather moot. Sure, the way in which you'd go about it is slightly different for Ardor's, but the general idea still applies. Heck, you could even use the two in combination and possible end up with a 3-Material Xyz. Knight: Recycling your banished Geminis for later Summons, and allowing you to Normal Summon another Gemini is pretty simple, but effective. You may, however, need to clarify where the Normal Summoning takes place (from hand or on the field).
Therrion
I would imagine the inferred Normal Summoning location would be either, considering you can Normal Summon 1 Gemini monster from your hand or on the field due to the ruling in Gemini. If clarification is needed, I can add it. I'll also make Paragon more versatile.
